Before you start catching tokens, you need the right kit. In Fish Bit, every player starts with a core setup that mirrors mining gear in traditional PoW systems, but pixelated and playable.
You need a boat to begin fishing.
In Voyage Alpha, it's free (just connect your X account).
Main Phase Launch: Boats become paid assets, needed to activate your fishing rig.
Your boat is your base: it unlocks the fishing gameplay and starts your yield journey. Every fisher, no matter how degen, needs one to get afloat. And in Voyage Alpha, we’re giving them away. But after? Gotta pay to sail.
Rods are where the magic happens. Each rod has:
Speed (rate of fish earning)
Luck (rarity fishing jackpot)
Hashrate (yield power)
You get 1 free rod via giftcode (non-upgradable, 1 per user).
Paid rods offer better stats, higher returns, and more scaling potential.
Rods are like turbo-charged rigs. More rods = more power. Want to climb the leaderboard? You’ll need to stack and upgrade. Free rod starts the game, but paid rods win the race.
Giftcodes let users invite others to Fish Bit.
When used, they grant 1 free rod to the receiver.
Referrers earn 10% of:
What the invitee spends on rods.
Invitee farming rewards.
Giftcodes are your gateway to viral farming and building your crew.
All farming during Voyage Alpha yields off-chain tokens.
Leaderboards reflect simulated mining output.
On-chain claiming comes in the Main Phase (after launch).
Gear up wisely. Each item in the kit is a yield multiplier when played right.
